Getting Started
Social Content opens from the installed-app menu inside your connected workspace. Complete these steps before configuring a website widget.
- Connect and publish to at least one account in your workspace's Social Planner.
- Open Social Content from the installed-app menu and confirm the workspace connection.
- Choose the social account or accounts you want Social Content to track.
- Run the first import, then choose how posts should be displayed on your website.
Tracked Accounts
Open Social Posts to choose which connected social accounts supply content. The number available depends on the current plan.
Select the replacement and save. Posts from accounts no longer tracked are removed immediately.
Confirm it is connected in Social Planner, then return to Social Content and refresh the page.
Importing Posts
A sync imports published posts from the tracked accounts. A successful manual sync starts a short cooldown to prevent repeated provider requests.
- The cooldown affects only another manual sync; settings and tracked-account choices remain available.
- Only published posts from currently tracked accounts are eligible for import.
- The Dashboard shows the last sync time and whether anything needs attention.
Website Display
Automatic mode displays the latest eligible posts up to the plan allowance. Manual mode lets you choose the individual posts shown on the website.
Best when the website should stay fresh without repeatedly selecting content.
Best when every displayed post needs individual approval.
Website Widget
Open Website in Social Content to choose the source, layout, number of posts, button behaviour, colours, content fields, and popup options. Preview the result before copying the installation code into the website builder.
Troubleshooting
