Overview

These terms apply to use of Social Content by OpsHarbour. By installing or using the app, the user agrees to these terms.

Service Description

Social Content by OpsHarbour helps users convert published social posts into website-ready content. The app can connect to supported social publishing tools, import selected posts, manage display settings, and provide a website widget.

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use, display, and republish any social content, images, captions, links, trademarks, or other materials made available through the app.

Account Access

The app requires authorised access to the connected workspace to operate. Users must not attempt to bypass plan limits, interfere with the service, or use the app for unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

Plans and Limits

Features may vary by plan, including the number of tracked social accounts, the number of posts displayed on websites, sync frequency, fallback image support, layout options, and branding controls.

Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may be affected by maintenance, hosting issues, third-party platform changes, API limits, or user configuration issues.

Third-Party Services

The app works with third-party platforms and services. We are not responsible for changes, outages, restrictions, review decisions, or data availability controlled by those third parties.

Intellectual Property

OpsHarbour owns the app, code, service design, documentation, and related materials. Users retain ownership of their own content, subject to the rights needed for the app to process and display that content.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OpsHarbour is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of the app.

Termination

Users may stop using the app by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access if the app is misused, payment fails, or continued service would create security, legal, or operational risk.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means the user accepts the updated terms.
