Contact Support
Email support@opsharbour.co.uk and use Social Content support as the subject.
What to Include
Useful context helps us investigate without asking you to expose private credentials.
- The workspace or location name.
- What you were trying to do and what happened instead.
- The approximate date and time of the problem.
- A screenshot of the visible message, with customer-sensitive information obscured where appropriate.
- Whether the Dashboard reports Healthy, Needs attention, or Needs reconnection.
Do not include: passwords, access tokens, refresh tokens, private integration tokens, client secrets, payment details, or full customer records.
Quick Checks
Launch Social Content from the installed-app menu so the correct workspace context is supplied.
Use Refresh and check whether the connection or latest sync needs attention.
Open Social Posts and verify that the intended account is selected and saved.
A cooldown after a successful import is expected and does not block settings changes.
Security Issues
If you believe an account, token, or installation may have been compromised, stop using the affected connection and email support promptly. Describe the visible behaviour without sending the credential itself.
App Access
The customer application itself opens from the installed-app menu inside the connected workspace. This Support page, the Help Centre, Privacy Policy, and Terms and Conditions are public and do not require an app launch token.
