Overview

Social Content by OpsHarbour helps users turn published social posts into website content. This policy explains what information we process, why we process it, and how users can contact us.

Information We Process

When the app is installed and used, we may process account identifiers, workspace or location identifiers, selected social account names, post metadata, post captions, media URLs, publish dates, sync logs, plan information, configuration settings needed to operate the service, and a nominated setup-contact email with an optional supplied first and last name. If no contact is nominated, we may use the business email held in CRM Location Information for setup and support.

How We Use Information

We use information to connect the app to the user's workspace, import selected published social content, display approved posts through website widgets, enforce plan limits, provide troubleshooting logs, maintain service security, and contact a nominated setup person about installation or support. If no contact is nominated, we may use the Location Information business email. These addresses are not used for marketing.

Where Content Is Stored

The app is designed to keep the connected workspace as the main source of truth wherever practical. We store the minimum operational data needed to run sync, manage plan limits, remember selected accounts, and support the public website widget.

OAuth and Access Tokens

Access tokens are used only to perform actions requested by the user, such as reading social account and post data or maintaining app-managed records. Tokens are not sold or shared with third parties.

Sharing Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us host, secure, monitor, or back up the service, only as needed to provide the app.

The app may store the nominated setup-contact email, or the Location Information business email used as its fallback, together with the installed location name in OpsHarbour's separate support CRM location so that OpsHarbour can provide installation and setup assistance.

Retention

We retain operational data for as long as needed to provide the service, troubleshoot issues, comply with obligations, and maintain security. When the app is uninstalled, we aim to remove app-managed operational records associated with that installation.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the service, including restricted server access, encrypted transport, access controls, and monitored backups.

User Choices

Users can choose which social accounts and posts are used by the app, remove posts from website display, change settings, or uninstall the app.
